We had initially planned to drive to Washington to visit Logan's family.... but both my parents and his decided it was too dangerous for the granddaughter (she's way more important than just Logan and I ;) ... so they bought us plane tickets! So we drove to Salt Lake and flew out. Emma slept most of the way, she only fussed when we started to land because it bothered her ears. On the flight home it was another story... she cried the entire time... no fun!

Airplanes and babies don't mix well 75% of the time. ;)
flying with babies is no fun. But, I learned that if you give them a little bit of children's benadryl, like 1/2 ml, 30 min. before the flight, they fall asleeep= peaceful trip. To help with the ear pain, you can give her a bottle, binky, or even try to nurse her, the sucking helps relieve the pressure.
I know this won't help THIS time, but maybe for the future :)
I am sure they will figure out how to play next time...Samantha has started crawling so at least she will be able to move instead of just sitting there...Hope you guys are doing well!
