Random Things About Life

A lot has happened and then again not much!
First, good news! Logan got a letter from ISU inviting him to come and have an interview. We are really excited :D The only problem is he's nervous he'll set it up and then I wont have the baby until that day!!! And that would be a really complicated situation! But hopefully I'll have the baby soon and we wont have to worry about that.
Second, last week in Church they asked us to give talks this week in Church. I was like, "well... what if I have the baby?" and they got all nervous and said they'd have a back up plan. So ALL week long we hoped and hoped and hoped. But it didn't happen, I did have a few contractions on Saturday night... but they led to nothing so far. So we got up and spoke in church and actually I think it went pretty well. I enjoyed speaking and both Logan and I spoke for about 20 minutes, but the meeting ended right on time :) so that was nice.
Now we are just waiting for the baby to arrive. Of course, we've been waiting for a while, but we are really ready at this point. I'm exhausted because I don't sleep well at all. I wake up probably 3 or 4 times an hour because every time I have a Braxton Hicks contraction it wakes me up because it makes me SOOOOOOOO uncomfortable. Then I wake up to go to the bathroom about 2 or 3 times. So I'm ready to just be done. And I'm really excited to see Emma and see how she looks.
This last week on Thursday the ladies in my ward had a little baby shower for me. That was fun :) I always have a hard time with that much attention just focused on me, but it wasn't too bad at all. We played some silly games and everyone was very friendly and I got some really cool presents for the baby. I really appreciate all the love I've gotten from so many friends and all the people who are excited for me to have this baby. It's an exciting time and I'm really grateful.
So here they are, I hope these are my final pregnancy pictures and VERY soon I have this little one. Hope you enjoy my very large basketball :)

I LOVE your belly, it's totally cute. I hope you have the baby soon, waiting is the worst. Logan, good luck at your interview, I hope everything runs smoothly. Jenny, are you still seeing Allred and planning on delivering at Madison?

thanks :) Yup, I'm still seeing Allred and still planning on delivering at Madison. I figured 30 min isn't too far to travel and I didn't want to switch doctors.

heehee... if you feel like your basketball is huge, you should check Mara's blog (you remember Mara Burnell from Hillcrest, right?) - she's not due until May, but she's about your size right now because she's having twins. :) heehee. you cute girls with your basketballs. :)

you'll have to tell me what you think of Madison... we're thinking about what we're gonna do whenever we have a baby, and are wondering if Madison is a good idea or not.

good luck! I hope for your sake that the baby comes sooner rather than later. :)

Jenny your belly is so cute:) I'm way excited for you, it's the best thing in the world to have your first baby come out. First of all because you've been waiting so long to see what she looks like, and second of all, you can breath again! haha, hope everything goes well for you, I definitely need to meet up with you so that I can give you a little gift:)

I'm still laughing over the lady who didn't figure out you were pregnant. I hope those babies come soon. If Logan wants some advice on the interview process, give me a call (351-0565)--Adam has been through it twice, and he has helped a couple of other candidates. Tell him good luck, and that we would love to have you as neighbors down here!
