Baby Emma At Home

So we have been home from the hospital now since Thursday. Thursday night Emma slept terribly... but Friday night was AMAZING. She slept great... I hope we have more nights like that.

She gets the hiccups a lot, here is a nice video of it. There is
this cute little divet in her tummy when she hiccups... it looks like it hurts! But mostly she just gets annoyed with them. Especially when she gets them in the middle of nursing and she can't eat, it makes her mad :)

Logan loves to take Emma when I'm really tired and play with her so that I can sleep. He loves his daddy-daughter time. He's so cute with her. But sometimes he gets REALLY tired too:

Emma had her first bath! She screamed and screamed and screamed.... and then slept really well for like 4 hours. I love baths :)

So today Logan's brother Eric came to visit and is staying until tomorrow. Emma likes him because he thinks she's the cutest little girl ever. So they are good friends already.
Emma's tummy has been really upset recently. She's been crying and hasn't been able to sleep or eat well. We hope she gets better soon.

She is adorable! That indent in her tummy when she hiccups is crazy. Are all babies like that. Thanks for posting the pics...especially the one of Logan and her snoozing. I hope she feels better, too!

I'm sorry her tummies been hurting her, that's no fun. Have you tried Mylicon yet? LIFESAVER!
She is seriously so tiny, in the pics with her and Eric, you can totally see it. She is beautiful!

I am so happy for you. she is way cute! I hope you start to sleep soon. Melanie had some stomach pains too. we gave her this thing called Gripe water, salvation! it is a ginger water that calms the tummy. good luck and enjoy your little one. it goes by too fast!
