August!

I am so  incredibly behind in my blogging... So here is the first of many posts over the next few days. Though I'm going to cheat and date it as if it's in August. August 2 was my 26th birthday and Bre's half birthday! 6 months old!

*I caught Abby and Emma putting this bin on Bre and then piling blankets on top... Bre was laughing so it was hard to explain to them why it was bad...*

 

*Bre is stinking adorable. Just a chunky little monkey. She is an amazing sleeper and one of the most content babies ever.*

*Nice bald spot...*

*Abby slipped and fell getting out of the tub... after she recovered I found this print of her bum and legs on the ground from the water. It made me laugh :) *

*Abby is finally growing hair! And it's just as curly and cute as can be!*

*We live right next to an elementary school, so we love to go to the park and play! Here's Abby swinging with "Big Emma"*

*Bre and McKenna are buddies. We were looking at pictures of McKenna when she was a baby... her and Bre look a LOT alike!*

*Taking after her sisters as a Ranch lover. This kept her entertained all through dinner!*

*I love watching my girls bond with each other. It's adorable.*

*Abby has always been a mommy's girl. I love her so much. She's one spunky kid. Always has an opinion... and always has to be wearing a dress.*

*First time eating rice cereal!*

*In dress ups. I'm pretty sure she thought she was just as cool as Uncle Mike!*

*Daddy watching TV, eating pizza, and holding a sleeping Bre! Way to multi-task!*

*Bre loves to laugh at her sisters. Emma is particularly good at getting her to laugh. Emma also loves to sing Bre to sleep when we are in the car. Best sister ever!*

*With all of our remodeling going on... I broke my toe! It hurt super bad and I had to keep it constantly wrapped until I suddenly developed some kind of allergy to the tape I was using to wrap it! I kept getting hives!*

*Uncle Mike built them a castle, which they played with until it was literally falling apart all over...*

*Had way too much fun and crashed!*

*While our wood floors were getting redone we spent time living at our neighbors, the Thompsons, and then in our basement. It was fun, but we are sure glad to be back in our house completely!*

*The kids left a few things at Grandpa Tom's house when we were there last... and he mailed it to them! They were SO excited!*

*Sleepover at the Thompsons. Ian is AWESOME!*

*I love the faces of my kids when they are sleeping. So sweet and innocent :) Cute squishy faces!*

*Abby is a dancer.. she is very graceful when dancing and has some pretty amazing moves... that being said, she is my clumsiest kid. She fell while dancing and whacked her head pretty good. The bump literally lasted a couple of months!*

*My birthday cake... Karen Thompson's lemon bars! So so good!*

*Emma told me she was being daddy in his shoes!*

*Bre is such a daddy's girl. I LOVE it, especially after having Abby attached to me 24/7.*

*The girl's trying on a silly wig at the Thompsons. They thought they were pretty hilarious!*

*Nate and IsaBelle got me this for my birthday! They know me so well!*

*Bre is funny about food. She doesn't really like the pureed stuff. She likes to eat what we are eating and has gotten pretty good at feeding herself earlier than I think Emma or Abby did.*

*Abby threw a tantrum one night... and disappeared into her room. Found her like this shortly after.*

*I love co-sleeping!!*

*Learning to crawl is HARD! She had finally gotten to the car and then it rolled away. TOUGH!*

*I love sleeping babies!*

*I got a new haircut... and Abby was sad!*

*Emma got her second haircut ever!*

*Making a "bush" out of leaves. Aunt IsaBelle taught her.*

*I love cheesy smiles!*

*Daddy is such a good babysitter ;) *

*Some days... this is as alone as I get :) *

*The kids love olives! So yummy and so fun!*

*Bre crawling and getting stuck all over...*

*She loves pickles! She'll pull a little face and then just sucks all the juice as fast as she can!*


*We were waiting for daddy to try on some pants... have to entertain ourselves somehow!*
