Breanna At Home

Breanna reminds me so much of Emma when she was a baby. She is the easiest, sweetest little baby.  She takes a couple of naps a day where I can put her down and get things done (most days... it's not always a gaurantee) and she doesn't fight sleep! Both Emma and Abby fought sleep from day 1... not so fun for mama or baby.
Anyway, Bre is super cute and has the prettiest, softest hair.

Thinking pose.

There was one time Bre woke up from her nap and was crying and Abby ran in to check on her. She came back bawling with huge tears pouring down her face. She said, "Mommy, my sister, my sister, she's crying. Fix it!" And as soon as I went in and picked Bre up and she stopped crying, Abby was just fine too :) If that isn't proof she loves her sister, then I don't know what is!

Abby and Emma both really love their sister. I thought bringing Bre home would be really hard on Abby, but she absolutely loves "her sister" and tells Emma constantly that Bre is her sister and NOT Emma's sister. Which of course starts a screaming argument between the two of them. It's fun :) Really I can't be too mad because it means they love their sister. Abby loves to give her kisses, and "eskimo" kisses, which Bre hates, haha.

Look at that sweet, chubby face! I love a chunky baby!

Bre is my only baby that has tolerated the swing. Logan kept trying to get rid of it because both Abby and Emma hated it, but I'm super glad it stuck around for Bre!

Bre's first bath! Abby and Emma loved it, Bre wasn't really sure :)

And we got water all over the kitchen...

Notice poor little Bre's nose? She got a little cold in her 2nd week of life and I had to suction out her nose multiple times a day. Her poor little nose got so sore and red, it broke my heart. But she's all better now and I couldn't be more relieved. She caught her cold from Emma and Abby who both got sick that first week we were home. I was super worried it would turn into RSV. She seemed to slowly be getting worse and even started coughing, and Logan's cousin, Matt, and Logan gave her a blessing. From that moment on she improved. I am very grateful for the Priesthood and that we didn't have to go to the hospital.
