Quick Update

I know I haven't updated for quite a while! Which is really out of character for me, but I've just been super busy! Emma is learning and growing like crazy. I can't believe how big she is! Her favorite thing right now is lights. She likes to flip the switch and see them go ON and OFF. When I go into her room to get her in the morning the first thing she does is point at the light so I'll turn it on for her. She loves it :)

We found this table at the DI for $10!! Emma loves to sit on the stool and just swing her legs and play with her toys or eat. It's so cute, I love it!

She isn't walking yet... being so stubborn! Which everyone tells me comes from me. Anyway, we keep trying and she's taking a few steps, she'll get there! I want her to walk so when we go outside in the nice weather she doesn't ruin all her clothes crawling on the sidewalk!

She also loves babies. For a while I was babysitting a neighbors baby and anytime she cried Emma would come over and pat her and give her kisses, she is so soft and gentle with them, it's very cute!

We also have been trying to teach her some more words. When she says "Dada" (which is her favorite word and she says it CONSTANTLY!) I say "Momma" and she says "Dada" and I say "Momma" and then she busts up laughing at me. She still says "uh oh" a lot and if I say it she'll look around on the floor to find whatever fell, even if nothing fell :)

She has a new laugh. She squishes up her eyes and smiles really big and laughs. It's hilarious. She's exaggerating it already :) I also caught her batting her eyes at Logan the other day, she's already learning how to work the system!

Logan only has 2.5 weeks left of the semester and then he will be done until Fall! YAY! He also got a job working at a Pharmacy in Smith's in Idaho Falls, we are really happy about that.

I'm just chilling at home with Emma. I have a lot of friends around and we go walking 3 times a week, and have lots of play groups. I've also been making Emma a quiet book and am so excited to show off the finished product in a couple of weeks!
